The Hagenuk Group, with its globally operating companies today, sees itself in the tradition of the German company “Neufeldt and Kuhnke”, founded in 1899 - renamed in 1936 to “Hanseatische Apparatebau-Gesellschaft - ehemals Neufeldt and Kuhnke”, which has produced a number of innovative products throughout its history.

The Hagenuk Group has many years of experience in the international sourcing and production business. In collaboration with experienced developers, designers and producers, products are developed and manufactured that not only meet the highest standards of design and modernity, but are also manufactured according to the most modern manufacturing standards and in compliance with international norms and quality standards.
In order to always meet this requirement, the Hagenuk Group maintains relationships with developers and producers of such goods worldwide. This ensures that all questions relating to sourcing, production and quality control and processing can be clarified directly with partners in the shortest possible way.

For many decades, the fortunes of the Hagenuk Group have been coordinated from the Karlsruhe location. This is where business processes are planned, innovations developed, the market monitored and trends identified at an early stage. All information and threads converge here. But developments at other locations in Germany, which the Hagenuk Group carries out together with partners, are also coordinated from here. These include disinfectants with partners in Hanover, cleaning products with partners in Berlin, household appliances with partners in Frankfurt and Hong Kong, licensing with partners at the Phuket and Karlsruhe locations, and much more. All work related to contract drafting, processing, financial accounting, controlling, project management, etc. is also carried out in Karlsruhe. The design department, innovation management and customer care service for customers from Germany and abroad also operate here.

At the Shanghai location, the Hagenuk Group draws on the resources of the design center founded there by Luigi Colani.
Young designers trained by him develop and design products for many different areas of application in his tradition.

At the Hong Kong location, the Hagenuk Group manages the central departments for managing manufacturer relations, manufacturer approval, product sourcing and pricing, design control, quality control including product safety and certificates.
All certificates of hagenuk products are monitored and controlled by leading European quality and safety institutes.
Furthermore, the shipping, cargo control and dispatch of household appliances are controlled from here.
Another department for product design and design is also located here.
